Guests were treated to THE EVENT’s usual first-class hospitality and enjoyed over six hours of unadulterated driving time around the 7km circuit, speeding through Eau Rouge and negotiating the famous Bus Stop and La Source sections. Nobody was quite as competitive as this year’s Belgian Grand Prix race winner Kimi Raikkonen, but not because of a lack of effort!

THE EVENT’s director Michael Bartholemy spent time with all participants during the day and was pleased with the response to the Spa experience:

“We are reaching the end of THE EVENT’s first full year of business and to experience a maximum turnout such as we had on Monday was incredible. Not even the infamous Belgian rain could stop our guests from pushing to the maximum and simply enjoying themselves. We have had successful track days this year but this was our first corporate driving event and all our guests were very impressed with the service that we gave to them. We can now looking forward boosted by the feedback that we have received, knowing that we are among the few companies who know the difference between a good event and a great event. We will offer this sporting experience again in 2010 at Spa and another circuit in southern Europe but we will also offer the enlarged Sporting PRO experience which is another exciting addition to our service.”
